OutServe, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-stock, non-profit corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware.  All contributions are tax-deductible in accordance with the law.  The Board of Directors of OutServe, Inc. is committed to promoting an atmosphere of transparency and accountability in all aspects of our operations.
